PushUps Park - Professional PushUps Training Record Management Software

The push up park originated from choosing push ups as one of my daily fitness activities. I wanted a software to record my experience from a novice to a master of push ups, but there was no suitable one online, so it came.

[Function Introduction] The two main functions of the push up park
1. Training. According to your own situation, you can choose the appropriate training plan from 27 levels. A training session is divided into 5 groups. After each group completes the training, rest and countdown. After the countdown ends, you will be reminded to proceed to the next group of training.
2. Free practice. Free practice push ups without levels or groups.

How to Count
Perform push up counts through proximity sensors or nose contact screens.

1. Train once a day and choose the appropriate level based on your own situation.
2. If you still have energy after training, you can do one or more free practice groups.
